  FORMS has been commissioned to carry out architectural concept design works for tower located at YEOIDO, SEOUL in hub of financial mecca. In addition to residential units, the tower will house a studio in the all section and retail & commercial area in the ground level. The design also benefits from its location by connecting to the walkway and the YEOIDO downtown in front .
  
  The mass is comprised of two towers and fully glazed to take advantage of prime views in all directions. The side walls facing the path of the sun are protected with vertical solar screening devices to reduce solar heat gain and limit the need for mechanical air conditioning.
