SR Senyang Apartment Complex SENYANG - CHINA

  FORMS was commissioned to design a highrise residential apartment development with commercial building on the ground floor. The apartments are intended for Senyang dweller in China to mid-market tenants comprising in the majority couples and small families, with a small element of couples.
  The Employer’s primary objective in relation to the implementation of the Project is to provide a mid-market project of durable good quality, having maximum efficiency in use, constructed whilst having regard to the constraints of the project program and budget.
  The design draws inspiration from modern architecture in its general form, choice of materials and design elements; The straight, well-defined lines and the incorporation of earth-colored elements in the facade gives the structure a distinctive character.This project was led by our design partner Youngcheon Shin while collaborating with Shinyonhee design studio member.
